“Obamacare is a fundamentally unfair burden to young Americans. Chief Justice John Roberts, who cast the decisive vote to uphold Obamacare, admits that, “The mandate primarily affects healthy, often young adults who are less likely to need significant health care and have other priorities for spending their money.” Young Americans are forced to pay artificially high premiums due to the age rating rules of Obamacare. Because of minimum coverage requirements, many students are in danger of losing their college health plan or face an unaffordable increase in cost. Those who attend religiously affiliated colleges and universities could lose their plans altogether.”
