Co-Ops Beat Drop-Dead Deadline by Dropping Dead First

Comment: Co-Ops were supposed to increase competition and lower costs.   But just when you thought it couldn’t get worse, you realize you’ve wayyyy underestimated the Gruber side of The Force. May the Gruber be with you.
